Investment Legal Support Forum (ILS Forum)

Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the HCMC Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) have established the Investment Legal Support Forum (ILS Forum) – an annual platform for investors in HCMC.

Through this Forum, VIAC and ITPC aim to accompany investors throughout their business journey, serving as a bridge between the business community and competent authorities to facilitate a favorable investment environment in the city and contribute to the nation’s overall economic growth.

Featuring open dialogues between investors and legal expert, the ILS Forum provides participants with selective and practical updates on the legal framework, while exploring solutions to real-world legal challenges encountered in business operations. Over the years, the Forum has garnered strong interest from the business community and has been highly appreciated for its professional depth and practical value.

9:15 – 10:30: Dialogue Session 1 – Investment in Industrial Infrastructure
Discussion on legal challenges in the construction, operation, and exploitation of projects, with a focus on the development of green infrastructure
10:45 – 12:00: Dialogue Session 2 – Investment in Social Infrastructure for Industrial Zones
Discussion on the attractiveness and barriers of social infrastructure projects, regulations on worker housing, and financial incentive policies
